Yvonne L. (DeGrange) Sacco

Age 75

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvonne Sacco, who peacefully left us at the age of 75.

Yvonne was the beloved and devoted wife of 57 years to Lawrence Sacco, and a cherished sister to her late siblings, Wesley, Lawrence, and Rose-Marie. She was also a loving and supportive sister-in-law to Samuel, David (deceased), and Allen Sacco. Dearest and longtime friend to Maryann and Bob Norman.  

Together with Lawrence, Yvonne built a family grounded in kindness, support, and faith. She was the loving mother of Larry Sacco, Kerry Lapka (Michael), and Jeffery Sacco (Angie), and the proud grandmother of Haley, Kassie, Macy, and Savannah Sacco, Mikailey O'Quinn (Caleb), Rachael and Drew Lapka, and Vincent and Eva Sacco.

Yvonne will always be remembered for the warmth and compassion she shared through her delicious home-cooked family meals, her nurturing garden, and the countless acts of love she gave so freely. Her dedication and kindness were evident throughout her career, where she poured her heart into teaching children, always going above and beyond to support and uplift them. Her memory will continue to be a source of strength and comfort, a beautiful reminder of a life filled with love and generosity.

Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate Yvonne's life, carrying her memory in their hearts forever.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.

Panihida Service will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Theodosius Cemetery.
