Beloved wife of William “Bill” (deceased); loving mother of Kathleen (Mark), Patricia (Dana, deceased), Jeanne (John), and Eileen (John); her greatest joy, grandchildren, Amanda (Kurt), Alyssa (Carlos), Ashley (Brad), Jonathon (Jen), Kyle (Madison), Deena (Mike), Brian (Hannah), Kelsey, and Rebecca (Joseph); great grandmother of Isaac, Griffin, Jakob, Luke, Emily, and Jacob; dear sister of John Karnuta (Mary Ann); aunt to many.

Ginny was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a St. Joseph Academy graduate. Her professional life began at the Federal Reserve Bank but soon she answered the call of marriage and motherhood in which lay her greatest joy.

Ginny was involved with St. Thomas More Church by teaching CCD classes and volunteering in the Women’s Guild. As her nest emptied, she returned to the workforce at McDonald’s.

Ginny and Bill discovered two new passions – golf and travel. Ginny joined a golf league and took numerous golf trips with Bill, her brother John and sister-in-law Mary Ann. They also enjoyed many family trips to the beach and mountains with their daughters and grandchildren.

Ginny will be remembered for many things, including hosting huge gatherings with the beloved Tilicky clan; baking, and devotion to family, faith and friends. Ginny was quite simply, the best mother, grandmother, sister and sister-in-law, and she will be greatly missed.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 4 – 7 p.m.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 14, 2026 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4170 N. Amber Drive, Brooklyn, OH 44144 at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

A luncheon will be held in Ginny's memory after the cemetery services at Via Roma Restaurant, 8922 Ridge Road, North Royalton, OH 44133, at 1 p.m. All are welcome.
