Beloved husband of Diane (nee Schweisthal), loving father of Kevin (Katie), Kristen Cuevas (Bob), and Keith (Linzie); loving grandfather of Noah, Anna, Emily, Drew, and Fitz; devoted son of Frank and Frances Potoczak (both deceased); dear brother of Joann Bielinski (Bob) (both deceased), and Larry (Chris); dear uncle and friend to many.
U.S. Army Veteran.
Thomas was an avid golfer and Cleveland sports fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 3434 George Avenue, Parma, OH 44134 on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 10 a.m.
Interment will be held at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery, Section 40, Lot 7656, Gravesite 1.
