Age 58

Beloved son of Evelyn (nee Verba) and the late Donald: loving brother of Janet Haverman (Jon) and the late Gayle; dear uncle of Matt (Matthew) and Michael; cousin and friend of many.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
