Sigfredo "Fred" Irizarry Andujar, a man of profound faith and devotion to family, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026, at the age of 89. He drew his final breaths in Cleveland, Ohio, enveloped in the warmth and love of the family he spent a lifetime building.

Born on August 13, 1936, in the lush mountains of Utuado, Puerto Rico, Fred was the eldest of 14 children. From these humble beginnings, he cultivated a legacy of hard work, resilience, and an open heart—qualities that defined his nearly nine decades of life.

Fred's memory will be cherished by his beloved wife of 66 years, Rosemarie, whose partnership was the cornerstone of his life. He was a devoted father to Adalina (James, deceased), Fred, Elizabeth (Bill), Pamela (Anton), and Penelope (David). His spirit lives on through his grandchildren, Seth (Stephanie), April, Adriana, and Asa, and his great-grandson, Brayden. He is also survived by his sisters, Gloria and Judy, along with a large extended family. Fred is now reunited with those who went before him: his parents, Ignacio and Adelina; his many siblings; his infant son, Timothy; and his beloved granddaughter, Mila.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2928 Scranton Road, Cleveland, OH 44113 on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
