Age 96

Beloved wife of Stanley (deceased) for 73 years; loving mother of Sue Bailey (Russ) and Steve Sovizral (Carolyn), and infant John (deceased); grandmother of Maria Salamon (Joseph) and Nicole Sovizral; great grandmother of Gabriel, Caleb, Leah, Hannah, and Ariella; devoted sister of Dee Sovizral (John) (both deceased); dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Friday, July 17, 2026 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4170 N. Amber Drive, Brooklyn, OH 44144 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

The family would like to thank everyone at Holy Family Hospice for their excellent care of Shirley.
