Beloved wife of the late Wayne D. Zack; devoted daughter of Rueben and Elizabeth (nee Bobey) Miklovic (both deceased); dear sister of Marlene E. Lewis and Ralph J. Miklovic; aunt of Michael R. Lewis and Patricia L. Seligman; great aunt of Matthew D. Lewis, Michael E. Lewis, and Mitchell R. Lewis.

Private Family Services were held with burial in the Slovak Lutheran Section of Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
