Beloved mother of Alfonz; loving grandmother of Nicholas, Peter (Grace), and Vladimir (Destinee); dear great grandmother of Illyana and Emma; devoted daughter of John and Anna Jevcak (both deceased).

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 3 - 7 p.m.

Prayer Services Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
