Beloved son of Michael J. Cook and Rebecca “Becky” Cook (nee Laghner); loving brother of Jennifer Cook and Jessica Schwind; dear uncle of Ian Schwind and Evan Johnson.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1 - 4 p.m.

A closing prayer will take place Saturday at 4 p.m. with a private family interment at a later date.
