MARY ANN (Yurcik) KARKOSIAK

Age 79.

Beloved wife of John; loving mother of John (Carolyn) and Cheryl Blaine (Terrence); cherished grandmother of John, Katherine, and Andrew Karkosiak; and Brian (Sarah), Sean, and Bradley Blaine; dearest sister of Diane Knox (Ronald, deceased) and Joann Radway (Daniel) (both deceased); dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4470 Ridge Road, Brooklyn, OH 44144 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions to Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church Renovation Fund.
