Jon C. Ferrante

Age 80

We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear cousin, Jon Ferrante, at the age of 80, on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

Jon was the son of Leonard Ferrante and Rose Ferrante (nee Longo) and brother of Leonard Ferrante, all of whom are deceased. He is survived by his cousins and his caretaker, Michael Irizaray.

Jon was a graduate of Georgetown University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree, in addition to a PhD.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 8 - 9 a.m. Prayer Services will begin at 9 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 5891 Ridge Road, Parma, OH 44129 at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
