Beloved husband of Mary Beth (nee Hollis). Dearest brother of Denise I. Urbancik. Loving parent of Wesley Hollis (Kelly). Cherished grandfather of Gavin Hollis. Devoted son of John H. and Denise P. Urbancik (both deceased).

U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 2 - 4 p.m.

Funeral Services Monday, November 6, 2023 at the funeral home at 11:30 a.m.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
