Born on August 15, 1931 in Alleghany, VA.  Passed away on January 22, 2026 in Parma, OH.

Beloved wife of the late Carnell T. Horrocks; loving mother of Christopher John Horrocks (Laura); devoted daughter of the late William Henry Helmintoller of Virginia and Nellie Florence Kincaid of W. Va.; dear sister of the late William James Williams (Mary Ann Runyan), Clyde Allen Williams, Donald Booker Williams (Ada Maime Eads), Dorothy Mae “Dot” Helmintoller (Ervin Keener), and James Franklin Helmintoller (Sharon Elkins); loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was a resident of Parma, OH and a member of the Pleasant Valley Church in Parma, OH.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m.

A private interment will take place at Woodvale Cemetery.
