Eugene was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH 44129 on Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 1 p.m.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
