Dearly beloved husband of Donna (nee Vlk); loving father of Brett Hammond (Pauline) and Anna Sticht (Duncan); devoted son of Donald Hammond and the late Eleanor; dear brother of Dane Hammond (Lynne) and Deanna Paxton (Tim); dear nephew, uncle and friend of many. Proud U. S. Air Force Veteran and Retired Brooklyn Police Officer.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

All Services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4470 Ridge Rd., Brooklyn, OH 44144 at 11 a.m.

Private Interment with Military Honors at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church or any Military Organization of your choice.
