Beloved wife of the late Philip Perko; loving daughter of the late Henry and Albina (nee Perusek) Capek; dear mother of Michelle Bartunek (George); eternally devoted grandmother to her only granddaughter, Sara Cash (Joseph); sister of the late Douglas Capek (Diana); sister-in-law of David Perko and Patricia Wedding; aunt of Gregg, Craig (Michelle), and Megan; great aunt of Madison; special friend of the Schaus Family; dear aunt and friend of many.

Darlene was an avid polka dancer and a lover of yard work. She enjoyed spending time at her trailer in Pennsylvania at SNPJ. But most of all, she enjoyed doting on her one and only granddaughter.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Sunday, January 5, 2025 from 1 – 5 p.m.

Prayer Services Monday, January 6, 2025 at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 5891 Ridge Road, Parma, OH 44129 at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
