Age 73. Passed away on December 26, 2020. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Smekal); loving father of Donald Polick, Jr. (Magali), Todd Polick (deceased), Christina Polick and Jennifer Phillips (Shane); cherished grandfather of Nathan, Alexis, Christina, Jacob and Mason; dear brother of Dale Polick (deceased) and David Polick. U.S. Army Veteran. Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 12 noon-2 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 2 p.m. Social Distancing and Masks Required at the funeral home. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, North Central Region, 5555 Frantz Road, Dublin, OH 43017.
