(Heather), Celeste Lesniak and Bernadette; beloved “Papa” of Sarah Lesniak; Elliot and Lilah Cap; dear brother of Denis (Kathy), Ralph, Thomas (Linda, deceased), Alan (Jeanne) and Brian; preceded in death by his parents: Albert and Josephine Cap; dear uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews; devoted friend of many.

U.S. Army Veteran.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 4 – 8 p.m. Prayer Services Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Charles Borromeo Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH.
