Devoted daughter of Robert and Mary (nee Gazdik) Wrase; dear sister of Robert Wrase, Jr.; former wife of William Frasher and the late Floyd Tester; loving mother of William Frasher, Jr. and the late Stacy Johnson; cherished grandmother of Josh, Amanda, William III, Hannah, Matt, and Bella; great grandmother of six.

The family would like to thank Carole’s many caregivers at the North Olmsted Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and the Cleveland Clinic Hospice.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow at West Park Cemetery.
