Beloved wife of Michael R. Phillips, Sr.; loving mother of Michael, Jr. (Autumn) and Tammy Meade (David); cherished grandmother of Makenzie, Darren, Jaden, Xandrea and Shane Phillips and Hunter and Conner Meade; devoted daughter of Mary Centorbi and the late Frank Centorbi; dear sister of Jim, Frank, Angelo and Phil; dearest aunt and friend of many.

Family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 4 – 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following morning, Saturday, November 13, 2021 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 5891 Ridge Road, Parma, OH at 9:30 a.m.
