Age 96, was born on Oct. 3, 1924 in Simpson, PA to Mary Ann Stark (nee Bieshada) and Ignatius Joseph Stark. Her family moved to Cleveland, Ohio when she was 4 years old in 1928. She attended St. Catherine Elementary School and is a proud graduate of Holy Name High School (1942). On June 5, 1948 she married Daniel Frank Tobias. Together they had four children. Daniel Frank Tobias, Jr. (deceased), James Ignatius Tobias, Kathleen Louise Montgomery and Leslie Jean Wilson. Her husband, Daniel, passed away on February 6, 2004. Prior to starting a family, Constance worked for Eaton Corporation in Administration for almost 10 years. She then worked for the City of Parma for over 20 years as the Head Cashier in the Taxation Department. She was very active in her beloved St. Charles Borromeo Church, acting as president of the Ladies Guild for many years, president of the Catholic Daughters of America and also active in Court Cabrini.

Wilson (David); dear grandmother of Danielle (Mark), Samantha (Chris), Jacob, Lucas (Lora), Evan and Genevieve; great grandmother of Cody Stropko, Cheyenne, Christopher Davis, Cecilia, Tate and Fiona Montgomery. Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Prayer Services Thursday, October 22, 2020 at the Funeral Home at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Charles Borromeo Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
