Barbara Jean Banko

Age 83

Dearly beloved wife of Joseph D. Banko; stepmother to Vanessa Reinke, Christopher Banko, and the late Kimberly Banko; loving mother-in-law of Lisa Banko; dear grandmother of Brandon, Brittany, Rachelle, Stephanie, Aaron, Miranda, and Nicole; great grandmother and loving aunt to many.

Barbara was an Assistant Administrator with the Carpenter’s Union, Health and Welfare Department for over 35 years. One of Barbara’s favorite pastimes was working in her garden. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, Joe, and she enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Road, Parma, OH on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 2 – 5:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
